Speciality Supplies
We supply bulk pre-cut tuck-in boxes in a range of sizes — ideal for retail packaging, product presentation, and custom branded use. Available in quantities to suit both small businesses and large corporate requirements.
Suppliers of flat sheets of Synthetic (No Tear) Paper — specifically designed for transporting high-end goods. Used extensively by upmarket courier companies to protect luxury items during transit. Durable, tear-resistant, and professional.
Supplying Your Own Artwork
To ensure your design looks exactly as you envision it when it hits the paper, we need your files to be ‘Print-Ready.’ Before sending your final PDF, please double-check these four essentials.
The four essentials — please check before sending
Ensure your file is saved in CMYK, not RGB. Designs viewed on a phone or monitor use light (RGB) and will always appear brighter and more vibrant than physical ink on paper. The printed version will be more accurate to a calibrated CMYK proof.
Required — save as CMYKExtend your background colours or images 3mm past the trim line on all sides. This prevents thin white slivers from appearing after we cut the paper.
3mm all sidesTo avoid pixelated or blurry images, ensure your file is exported as a High-Quality Print PDF at 300dpi minimum. Lower resolution files will look sharp on screen but soft or blurry when printed.
300 dpi minimumPlease include trim/crop marks in your PDF export so we know exactly where to cut. This is a standard option in most design applications under PDF export settings.
Include in PDF exportUnderstanding screen brightness vs. print colour
Colours on screens always appear more vibrant because a screen actively emits light. Ink on paper can only reflect light — it can never match the brightness of a backlit display. This is completely normal and expected.
“Your phone is a light bulb, but paper is just a surface. Ink can’t compete with a backlit screen — so we always recommend brightening your images slightly before sending them to print!”
Free pre-flight inspection. Once we receive your file, our team performs a quick pre-flight check to ensure everything is print-ready before we go to press.
Technical fixes available. If your file needs adjustments — such as adding bleed, converting colours, or correcting resolution — we can handle that for you. Please note that additional design or editing fees may apply for this service.
Prefer to fix it yourself? No problem at all. We’ll flag any issues clearly and you are always welcome to resubmit a corrected file at no charge.
